The longer distances are really challenging, especially with so little sleep during the ride. It sounds like you have a good preparation for the 1200K . The good news is that at some point, it does not get any worse. you just become a cycling machine, food goes in and the pedals go around and somehow you end up at the final controle. Portions of all my 600k or longer rides get fuzzy. Good luck on the Shenandoah!!</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6899639642558136346/8448306546403635262/comments/default/3212729074611744943'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6899639642558136346/8448306546403635262/comments/default/3212729074611744943'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.cycloblogger.info/2009/04/700-km-weekend-oh-yeah.html?showComment=1240363140000#c3212729074611744943' title=''/><author><name>len</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/06339276405732598862</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.cycloblogger.info/2009/04/700-km-weekend-oh-yeah.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6899639642558136346.post-8448306546403635262' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6899639642558136346/posts/default/8448306546403635262' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
